CHALLENGE

Before committing the group to AI projects, Nactarome wanted its executive committee to share a common foundation: understanding what AI and automation really mean, beyond the hype. The goal: give leaders the keys to assess opportunities and decide where AI can create value in operations. Jacky Perrenot took the same approach with its executive committee.

SOLUTION

Qolaig ran an AI onboarding workshop dedicated to the executive committee, built around three objectives:

• Demystify the key concepts behind AI and automation
• Understand in concrete terms what Claude can already do today
• Identify how AI could transform some of the group’s operations tomorrow

Participants combined core concepts with hands-on practice on concrete use cases: information research and synthesis, document analysis, writing, Excel work and first uses of AI agents. A similar format was run with the executive committee of TADAO and Transdev Artois-Gohelle.
